Take a walk through our vineyards and our land will reveal to you an exceptional collection of characterful grape varieties, such as Salamino, Ancellotta and Grasparossa, offering variations of color that compose a true natural masterpiece.
Then come the scents that enthrall you. Your palate will sense primary flavors of red fruits, sweet raspberries and tart blueberries. Some of you find an intriguing taste of cherries or a delicate hint of blackberries, for others the Malbo Gentile variety will provide an exciting surprise.
You will find a combination of elegance and wonder in the interplay of notes that are typical of Cabernet Sauvignon, the French variety that is very much at home in the hills of our area. You will be happy to discover its grassy hints and the character and structure that underpin the ripe red fruit notes of this wine, aged in small oak barrels and whose tannins are supple and gentle on the palate.

You will be pleased to know that we work with respect for our fruit, using technology very judiciously. Our cellars produce wines that are full-bodied yet elegant, with persistent aromas and tastes. Their fine effervescence results from carefully applied re-fermentation techniques.
The “Ancestrale” made from Lambrusco Grasparossa is one of our winery’s gems. It is made by the traditional 19th century of re-fermentation in the bottle, with the yeast particles that remain in the wine and soften its texture. Its fruity fragrance is accompanied by more mature notes of crusty bread.
All of our wines represent the essence of our area: man has understood its character, and his labors have enhanced its qualities and made them unique.
